Cancellation and Refund Policy

Requests for cancellations received on or before April 30, 2012 will be refunded 50% of the fee paid.

From May 1, 2012 onwards, there will be no refund for cancellation of participation.

All cancellations of registrations must be made in writing and addressed to conference Secretariat (amn2012@amn2012.org).

Refunds will be made after the conference.
