Apply for Visa
A valid passport and visa are required for entry into China. Visa can be obtained from your local Chinese Embassy or the nearest Consulate General. Once in China, participants are advised to carry their passports with them at all times, as they will be needed to check into hotels, book airline tickets, and change money. Early registration is advised so that adequate time is allowed for obtaining visas. Please consult the nearest Chinese diplomatic Embassy or Consulate for details if necessary.

Letters of Invitation
FOR CONFERENCE COMMITTEE MEMBERS, SPEAKERS, AUTHORS, and EXHIBITORS: If you are listed as an author on a paper, as a participant in the program, or as an exhibitor, and you require an Official Invitation Letter for visa application purposes, please fill out the Invitation Letter Request form and email to amn2012@amn2012.org
